TeslaCon announces the “Become Captain Nemo” Contest.

Become Captain Nemo- on FILM! We are looking for someone to star in our “meet” the passenger video we will be showing at registration. The person we pick must be comfortable in front of a camera and also love playing the character of Nemo.

If interested you must be able to travel as far as the Midwest. We could shoot in Chicago if needed, but prefer our facilities in Madison, WI. ( You could shoot the film yourself – *We need 1080P*, but we would have specifics for you…)

You will be filmed on a green screen and then composited into an animated realm. The lines will be roughly a page worth, and we are looking for someone who could pull off a slight accent. Not captain Bly, but a little salty at least. We also have it open to both men and women. Age is also not an issue but you must be at least 18 years or older!

The costume you select or build will greatly determine the outcome. The more Steampunk and original you are, while still keeping with the character the better your chances at winning. The best part is you would then win a free membership to the convention!
