Now that the main hotel has sold out…we have three more to choose from. All hotels are in minutes of the main hotel, and two can be walked from in under 3 minutes. We want to emphasize that these hotels offer a full breakfast as well as the reduced room rate. The Fairfield is located in front of the main hotel across a parking lot. They will also have shuttles going to the main hotel as well. There is also a McDonadls directly next to the hotel as well as Denny’s and a Starbucks Coffee.  For breakfast you may choose from Jimmy Dean Hot sandwiches, omelet pitas and fresh as you make them waffles.

The Comfort Suites are located behind the Main hotel and take about one and a half minutes to walk from to the main hotel.  There hotel offers a full breakfast with your room price and complimentary Happy Hour Cocktails (Monday-Thursday) 5-7PM 3 free cocktails (Friday and Saturday) 1 free Cocktail then buy one get one free!

This hotel is located about 2 blocks from the main hotel, but is best suited for those wishing to stay extra days or for dealers who have to arrive early. The rooms come with working kitchens and is easily accessible to the main hotel. The Residence also offers a full buffet breakfast with your room price.

Please remember to book your rooms soon, we expect these hotels to sell out as well. We have sold out every year, so don’t expect this to be any different. We will also be decorating the satellite hotels as well.

The Grand Royale is considered first class passage. It gives you extra perks and mementos for the weekend to make the journey more fun and memorable. Starting this year we will also be offering a new ticket; consider this one to be for a more Royal passage. It is called the Balmoral.

While both offer the same perks, the Balmoral offers more features and added bonuses to make the voyage even more custom designed to your preferred experience. One main difference this year is we will NOT be using Eventbrite for ticket purchases. Basically we lost too much to banking fees. This year we will be doing something different.

Registrations can be made by filling out an online form, those tickets will be held on a first-come, first-serve basis. Confirmations emails will be issued by Lord Bobbins for the number of tickets you requested. You then have 10 days to send in your payment.

In case there are not enough tickets, you will be notified before sending out a payment.

All updates will be made as tickets come in. Updates will be on Facebook and also online with the website. Remember that last year we sold out in 18 days! The number of tickets this year are the same, 50 for Grand Royale and 8 total for Balmoral.
